International Admission Consultant - Full time
Role Description: The International Admission Consultant is someone with education experience and has the knowledge for Canadian post-secondary education. He will help students in education consulting, school researching, and academic planning and university application. He is responsible for communicating with clients and answer their inquiries in a professional and timely manner and assist international students’ services.
Location: Brampton, ON

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Manage the client’s files properly and respond to client’s inquiries properly
- Understand the admission policies and university graduate program and properly introduce and select the graduate program for clients
- Manage the client’s files in an organized manner and required format
- Have a clear understanding of the career path of different programs and is good at conducting research and communicating
- Complete the college account duties in the busy season under the supervision of the manager and communicate with the college on behalf of the client accordingly
- Strong communication and writing skills with a strong ability of critical thinking
Education:
- A Master’s degree is a must. A degree from a business school is highly preferred.
Experience:
- Must have 2+ years of experience in immigration service
- Have a basic understanding of the application process of international students studying in Canada, including and are not limited to high schools, colleges, and universities
- Have a basic understanding of the process of various immigration programs in Canada, including and are not limited to CEC, OINP, FSW
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English is required
- Detail-oriented, highly organized self-starter
- Attention to details
- Top-notch research, fact-checking, and writing abilities
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work collaboratively
Technical skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Marketing Manager - Full time
Role Description: The Marketing Manager is responsible for growing revenue through the development, and execution of targeted, multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns targeted at prospects and clients. Work with sales and account management teams to prioritize marketing efforts to achieve revenue objectives. Knowledge of the full range of marketing programs – highly targeted account-based marketing and broad demand-based.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Create an integrated marketing campaign strategy and plan(s) with the primary aim of acquiring new clients to meet pipeline targets. Depending on the focus of the business, you may also focus on expanding current client relationships with new students and professionals
- Lead the execution of campaign plans – including objectives, segmentation and messaging by persona and lifecycle stage, activation, performance metrics, and reporting
- Partner with product marketing and sales to design and prioritize marketing programs and campaigns
- Partner with sales teams to identify topics that are most relevant to clients. Identify speakers/SMEs that can represent WPO on those topics
- Regularly communicate progress and outcomes of marketing within the team and with key stakeholders in strategic planning sessions and quarterly reviews
- Analyze and report out on the effectiveness of marketing programs and spending
- Utilize insights to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing strategies
- Advise and manage content creation and campaign execution including the build of infographics, product marketing flyers, product and company videos, social assets, blog posts, customer testimonials
- Accountability for ensuring overall quality, brand voice and tone, and customer-centric storytelling, including proofreading all content before publishing
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing required; Master’s preferred
Experience:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing with experience across multiple marketing functions: digital, web, social, integrated marketing, etc
- Proven integrated campaign experience in a multi-product, persona and vertical environment
- Excellent cross-functional partnership skills, with proven ability to drive alignment and accountability
- Strong strategic thinking coupled with the ability to roll up your sleeves and make things happen
- Exceptional communications and storytelling abilities, including written and verbal
- Deep analytical skill set to identify insights and optimize execution of campaigns/programs
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce CRM, Marketing Automation products
- Current knowledge of digital communications techniques and social media engagement is required
Technical skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM preferred
