International Admission Consultant – Full time

Role Description: The International Admission Consultant is someone with education experience and has the knowledge for Canadian post-secondary education. He will help students in education consulting, school researching, and academic planning and university application. He is responsible for communicating with clients and answer their inquiries in a professional and timely manner and assist international students’ services.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Manage the client’s files properly and respond to client’s inquiries properly
  • Understand the admission policies and university graduate program and properly introduce and select the graduate program for clients

  • Create an integrated marketing campaign strategy and plan(s) with the primary aim of acquiring new clients to meet pipeline targets. Depending on the focus of the business, you may also focus on expanding current client relationships with new students and professionals

  • Proven integrated campaign experience in a multi-product, persona and vertical environment
  • Excellent cross-functional partnership skills, with proven ability to drive alignment and accountability
  • Strong strategic thinking coupled with the ability to roll up your sleeves and make things happen
  • Exceptional communications and storytelling abilities, including written and verbal

Admission Advisor – Full time

Role Description: The Admission Advisor role will be responsible for facilitating prospective students through the application process for their program of choice. The Advisor will uncover the needs and objectives of a prospective student through a set of interviews and help the student determine if the program is a fit for the student.   • Communication with prospective students through phone calls, emails or text messages regarding the College and program
  • Follow the departmental and management guidelines for lead management and moving leads through the different statuses in the CRM system
