Listen actively

If you are actively and respectfully listening to the ideas of others then only you can be the goof team player. Usually, the team is made up of different people from various backgrounds. So, everyone’s way of thinking might be different. As an excellent team player, you should hear everyone’s ideas properly without any interruption even if you do not agree with someone’s opinion.
