Tips on balancing your time and health.

It’s the most challenging time for the students to manage their time when they arrive in Canada. The more difficult part is to keep track of days and using time more efficiently. We know that the new place and city brings new dreams to your mind but still, time management is more important than daydreaming. This can help you to meet your success faster. Many students already practice schedules from their home country for different kinds such as studies, works etc. But there are many who are still stuck on How to manage time and their health at the same time. So you are in the right place. Here are some tips for you to stay healthy as well as managing your time.

  • Give time to scheduling:

If you don’t know how to schedule. Note down your daily activities for a week and start noting come things. This helps you make your schedule easier. Now take some time to prepare your schedule. While Scheduling doesn’t forget to mention you’re cooking or drive in time for buying food. This will keep you healthy while studying as well as studying you will not feel hungry as you have already scheduled it.

  • Promote timer:

A working technique to better control your productivity and focus is the tomato clock. This works as you spend an amount of time like 25 minutes working on only one single activity and at the end of each period taking a break. By doing that, multiple items on the to-do list at the same time would not burden you. Furthermore, it reminds you to take a rest period, which is really important for your wellbeing. It helps a lot because after a long period of sitting in front of the laptop, those who still forgot to get up, have too much pain in their neck and waist. The only downside is that anytime you do this in an existing process, you can be distracted by the 25-minute session and even lose more time to get back to the state of concentrating. In that case, we would suggest that you correctly extend the time of the tomato clock. Remember to also increase the relaxing time.

  • Don’t stress out yourself:

It happens often when you slip off the timetable or have just a couple of items checked on the to-do list. When you are not successful enough, do not feel bad or criticize yourself too hard. Instead, to see whether it is possible or fits your study habits, it would be easier to focus on your timetable. It will not raise yourself to say adverse comments about your day and could affect your mindset towards tomorrow, which even decreases your productivity.
